$200 a set!? They are pretty, though, to be sure.

So, I'm watching it and I am thinking, they look kinda fun, then I see that it can link to Roll20. That makes me want to buy a set for each of my players. The ability to roll physical dice but have the results show up in your VTT would be awesome.

But yeah, if I bought 4-6 sets of these at $200 a pop, I'd expect to find divorce papers on my desk the next time I return home from a work trip.

I'd have to worry about the batteries - I would expect they are not replaceable, and they'd only be good for so long before deteriorating.

That said, they do seem pretty. Not $200 pretty, but pretty.

Yeah, the batteries thing, and the yeah my SO is gonna be pissed. But dice, new, shiny, pretty, it's only $200 - why not!!

They are pretty, but not $200 pretty. I don't spend a ton of money on the hobby compared to say, how much my brother-in-law spends on golf, but still. They're just dice.

They are, but lithium batteries wear out eventually. It doesn't look like the battery could ever be replaced.

I have seen and played with a much cheaper flashing-light-on-a-crit d20. The visiting 3-year-old (who we let roll all the dice that evening) loved it, and she made our night with her reaction when she rolled a critical hit.
