[Help request] Two Medium White Dragon Skirmishers?

Spoilers for the adventure in the back of the 4e DMG...



So, I don't have a large white dragon mini. So I decided, instead of using something else, I'd just use two medium white dragons. Problem is, I don't have stats.

Also, instead of 1 brute, I thought it'd be cooler if they were two skirmishers.

Anyone know how I'd go about creating these guys?

I decided to just downgrade the green dragon skirmisher from the MM. What do you think?

The dragon flies up to 10 squares and makes a bite attack at any point during the move without provoking an opportunity attack from the target.

Tail Sweep (immediate reaction, if an adjacent enemy does not move on its turn; at-will)
+7 vs. Reflex; 1d8+4 damage, and the target is knocked prone.

Luring Glare (minor 1/round; at-will) ✦ Charm, Gaze
Range 10; +7 vs. Will; the target slides 2 squares.

Breath Weapon (standard; recharge 4 5 ) ✦ Poison
Close blast 4; +7 vs. Fortitude; 1d10 + 1 poison damage, and the target takes ongoing 4 poison damage and is slowed (save ends both). Aftereffect: The target is slowed (save ends).

Bloodied Breath (free, when first bloodied; encounter) ✦ Poison
The dragon’s breath weapon recharges, and the dragon uses it immediately.

Frightful Presence (standard; encounter) ✦ Fear
Close burst 4; targets enemies; +7 vs. Will; the target is stunned until the end of the dragon’s next turn. Aftereffect: The target takes a –2 penalty to attack rolls (save ends).
