Discern Location and Antimagic Field

Can discern location locate an object if it is within an antimagic field? Reading through the text of discern location, it says that only a mind blank or the direct intervention of a deity stops the spell from discovering the location of the person or object.

If discern location could not find the object is there a magical means, besides divine intervention, to circumvent the antimagic field without being present to dispel it? Epic possibilities are open as well.

Discern Location is very specific about the things that stop it; and is clear that lesser effects won't.

Antimagic Field is a lower-level spell than Mind Blank.
Antimagic Field doesn't specifically say it stops Discern Location.

Thus, RAW, Antimagic Field doesn't stop Discern Location.

What he said. Especially the spell level is something that matters to me next to (obviously) the very specific description of discern location.

However, what about the specific descriptions in antimagic field:

An antimagic field suppresses any spell or magical effect used within, brought into, or cast into the area...

A discern location spell must locate the object - must enter its area - before it can return information to the caster. It has a range field (Unlimited), so it has to somehow interact with the object in question, right?
