Conjuration Feat

Would a series of feats allowing a conjurer to conjure templated creatures be unbalanced, perhaps as meta-magic feat that raises the level of the spell by the CR of the template the creature summoned possess.

I don't think it would be unbalanced.

I think that you can already ask the DM to allow you to summon creatures different from the ones in the Summon Monsters list, with no need for special feats, at least if you are interested in summoning celestials or fiends.

Maybe it could raise some flavor issue if you wanted a feat to be able e.g. to summon vampiric weirdos, but balance problems I think they shouldn't happen, at least if you keep it limited to the Summon Monster spells.
