I'm not sure that list exists, at least not 'officially'. TSR waa big on alphabetical lists. So much so that the follower tables roll numbers were altered to keep the lists alphabetical but to try and increase certain occurrences. It's why so many old bulletin boards had alternate tables as some of the first player made accessories (right after dice rolling programs).It does make me wonder, though, where I could find the most complete non-alphabetical listing of AD&D game creatures.
