Can you select a feat like Psionic Meditation that has a Concentration skill rank prerequisite of 7 at 3rd level which has a Class Skill Rank maximum of 6 but have no access to the feat's benefits till 4th level where the users Class Skill Rank maximum of 7?

Do Vampire's and Half Vampire's Slam Attacks by pass "X" creature's Damage Resistance since Vamps are technically Supernatural creatures?

Which would work better with Slam Attacks Psionic Fist or Psionic Weapon?

psionic fist can be used with unarmed strikes and natural weapons. note that when it says natural attacks, it does not specify melee, though some dms might shoot down non-melee uses of this feat with ranged natural weapons.

psionic weapon can only be used with manufactured melee weapons. however a monk's unarmed strike counts as both natural weapon and manufactured weapon as a special class feature.

yes and no. It is used with ranged attacks. for whatever reason they neglected to specify that it is applied to a ranged weapon. therefore it can be applied to any ranged attack. if you try to somehow combine both psionic shot and psionic fist on a ranged natural weapon, and could get two focuses to expend in the same round, your dm might throw something at you... though technically.... ^^

rapid shot: yes. twin power: usually no. (this is because you have to expend your focus to activate the psionic 'x' feat for bonus damage, and expend another focus for the twin power feat... normally you only have one focus to expend. more is possible with certain options.) bonus damage only affects the first attack.

no, you cannot. but see the primary contact feat.

no. their attacks might count as a magic weapon for when that matters, but i would have to double check that.

a slam attack counts as a natural weapon. so that would be psionic fist.

So the following is possible then...

Using Psionic Shot with a Soul Knife's Blade Wind and Multiple Throw ability grants the 2d6 extra damage, 4d6 with Greater Psionic Shot

Do Psychic Warriors with Many Shot also get the +2d6 damage bonus with Psionic Shot for every arrow or missile fired?

Can Wizard Lv9/Psion Lv1 with Magic Missile and Psionic Shot fire Magic Missiles each doing an extra 2d6 damage?

What about using Claws of the Beast power? It gives you two claw attacks, is that at your highest BAB? So do both attacks get the +2d6 damage bonus from Psionic Fist feat?

So far I understand that range attack powers/spells can benefit from Psionic Shot, this means ranged touch attack would need Psionic Shot for it to deal extra damage. So does this mean touch attack powers/spells get the extra damage from Psionic Fist?

Reread the feats. They specify one attack. Singular. You would only get it once per Psionic focus expended. Even if you get multiple attacks with a given ability or action, it only applies to one, declared in advance prior to rolling.

And it has to be an attack, ie, there has to be an attack roll. You couldn't use Psionic Shot on a Magic Missile because there is no attack roll, but you could use it on a Crystal Shard power, or on one of your rays in a Scorching Ray volley.

If you had multiple focuses (focii?), such as through Psicrystal Containment, you could expend both in a single round to use Psionic Shot on two different attacks, bet each one would only apply once.

These feats really aren't that good. I'd avoid them unless you are going all the way to Deep Impact to combine with Power Attack if you really need a tool to crack really hard nuts. Otherwise, not worth it.
