Here's a custom sheet I've been working on. This is for my own campaign, but I figure if someone else wants it for theirs or to use as a template feel free. Our livestream and the game itself is intended to bridge the gap between classic snes like videogame JRPGs and tabletop. As a result of that, and just getting the action moving we've taken up use for many different variants. First we use the Magic Point system featured in the DMG, we have also gotten rid of skills entirely opting in for ability score checks, as featured in the dmg, and we also use initiate score, instead of rolling, again as described in the DMG. The race section may also look a bit strange because I use entirely custom races for my campaign, but should be easy enough to use for regular D&D races.

Finally the design was modeled after the trifold design of Numenera, I love how that layout works, and when you open it all the crunchy bits are big and bold for you to see at a glance! If you'd like to check out the Crystal Keep Chronciles you can check it out at https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLUAY7i7ygIoKU2ERapVhOcglLRJ4C07HX
