Finished off a bunch more furniture. I think I need to paint some miniatures again - getting tired of terrain. Still, I'm pretty set for a bar or a wizard's study! Those stinking shelves took forever - they're all removable so everything on them had to be completely painted.

And here a lovely little hobgoblin from Reaper Miniatures. Last year I started a new tradition of painting a mini for everyone in my gaming group, and this year I am on keeping that tradition alive. So someone in my group is going to get this little guy.

We're getting close to the end of the year. Here's a paladin I painted up as a Christmas gift to one of my players. This thread is winding down, and I think I'll try to get a group photo of all my miniatures together. I think I've managed to paint more miniatures than I bought this year.

I actuall finished this guy in 2021 (I think), but I recently bought some Vallejo Bile from their F/X line and decided to test it out. Remember, you can always work on a miniature no matter how old or how finished you think it is. In this particular case I did two things. I added some bile to his mouth, lips, and belly just to test it out. Looks okay. I'll need to figure out the best way to incorporate bile into future projects. It's reall just a transluscent greenish/yellow. The sceond thing I did was apply a glossy coat to the eyes to make them look wet.
