You are in the keep. Under the crumbled throne is a trapdoor.
This is the grand chamber of the keep. Stones have fallen in over time, allowing moonlight to shine in and a cold breeze to follow. There's an odd shrine in the center of the chamber, made of threadbare strips of dark fabric - probably the rugs that once decorated the keep's floors. The strips hang like moss or webs - you're not sure which is more appropriate - from a pile of wood that was once a throne.
