D&D 5E Xanathar and the Artificer - expanded spell list

Greetings gentle forumites! Being stuck home sick and dreadfully sleep deprived, it seems like a good idea to look at the spells of Xanathar's Guide to Everything and see what would fit with the Artificer class. I'm going to include yes and maybes, but won't go every spell (would take forever). So let's go!

LEVEL 1:
YES:
Snare. A magical trap that takes 1 minute to construct. This feels very thematically appropriate and fits with other artificer spells (alarm, glyph of warding)

MAYBES:
Absorb element: Some kind of defensive array cobbled together by the Artificer? Definitely a candidate for infusion on someone else, since the artificer isn't the type to do much melee attacks.

LEVEL 2:
YES: Pyrotechnics. This spell does feel a little redundant given the alchemist's abilities, but it's definitely feels like something an artificer could do

MAYBE:
Healing Spirit: *not* as presented, but the artificer could build a small heal-bot? Artificers (especially alchemist) are decent healers.

LEVEL 3:
YES:
Flame arrow: This seems pretty obvious
Tiny servant: The most artificer-ish spell in the freaking book. Yes, oh dear lord yes.

MAYBE:
Catnap: I know this is an enchantment spells, but doesn't this seem like something an artificer could achieve with some kind of sleeping potion?
Thunder step: There are no teleportation spells on the artificer's spell lists... but if there was one, this should be it

LEVEL 4:

LEVEL 5:
(yes, I know. But I also think that artificers should be half casters, not 1/3...)

YES: Skill Empowerment - some kind of brew that accelerate the user's mental processes... although honestly a 5th level spell to do this?

MAYBE:
Transmute Rock: A powerful spell to be sure, and one that seems to fit the theme. Artificers do have stone shape after all. Yet I could see an argument be made against it - it may be too "magical"?

Comments? Did I miss any?

I would be disappointed if tiny servant and snare don't end up on the artificer's list. Unless there was a more Rube Goldberg version of snare for the artificer....
I might be inclined to have skywrite if it was envisioned that the artificer made a little flying construct that wrote in sky.

A good artificer should be able to communicate at a distance... but this felt too "overtly magical" for my tastes.

However... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heliograph :D
