D&D (2024) WOTC Canceling 2024 Dungeon Masters Guide physical orders (Deja Vu All Over Again)

You would think they would learn their lesson from the 2024 PHB fiasco a few months ago. Nope. Just received an email that my payment failed for the order and it was cancelled. Same as the PHB even though there’s plenty of funds there to cover it.

Submitted a ticket to their world class support team to wait weeks/months to sort it. it’s just beyond stupid. Anyway, here’s for awareness. Have a great day, folks!

I got a notice it was cancelled, but checked my order and it has already shipped and should be here tomorrow.

But yes, there system can't handle high volume bulk orders.

Sure, but there's a very high chance that the Dungeon Master's Guide you received would have been for something quite different than the one for D&D.
