WizKids is releasing another new Dungeons & Dragons board game. Next June, WizKids will release Edge of the Realms - Fields of Faerun, a new game that combines card-drafting and tilelaying. In the game, players will use map cards to construct their own maps, attempting to create maps that they can explore and complete quests on. Some quests involve creating specific tile combinations, while others involve revealing cities or landmarks. Gameplay lasts 15 rounds with the player who scores the most victory points via quests declared the winner.

Edge of the Realms is designed by Phil Walker-Harding, with original tile art from Gerralt Landman. Walker-Harding is best known as the creator of Sushi Go and also created the Bluey Scavenger Hunt board game that gets played on a daily basis at my house.

WizKids previously announced Builders of Baldur's Gate, a new city-building board game that also uses the D&D IP.

Edge of the Realms will be released in June 2025 and has a retail price of $24.99.
