D&D (2024) Wights and Life Drain

Quick question... In the new 2024 Monster Manual the Wight entry has a Life Drain attack. It says that it deals damage and the target's hit point maximum drops by an equal amount. However, it doesn't say how this is overcome. I couldn't see anything in the spells section that gives a way to reverse it. So, how does a character recover their maximum hit points back? Am I missing something obvious? Thanks for your help.

Long Rest rules (PHB24 p370) cover it:
  • Regain All HP. You regain all lost Hit Points and all spent Hit Point Dice. If your Hit Point maximum was reduced, it returns to normal.
