With the theatrical rerelease of Alien: The Director's Cut just around the bend, I thought I'd ask people which classic movies they'd like to see rereleased in theaters, possibly with added scenes and remastered video and audio.
Here's my list...
Conan the Barbarian: With King Conan: Crown of Iron moving into production (although without Arnold), a theatrical rerelease of the original Conan (along with the added scenes and improved video quality of the Collector's Edition DVD) could revive interest in the Conan franchise.
Aliens: With Alien coming back in theaters, it would only be logical for the sequel (which many, including myself, like even better than the original) to be released back into theaters. Aliens also has several cool deleted scenes.
Raiders of the Lost Ark: Indiana Jones is out on DVD now, but it would still be awesome to see Raiders in theaters, considering that it's one of the greatest action/adventure films of all time.
A Nightmare on Elm Street: Still one of the greatest horror movies of all time. It's aged much better than most slasher fics.
