What is a RED POTION?

OK so the DM says the peddler has a RED POTION for sale. The problem is he(the DM) doesnt know what it does.(online random item generator). I know I've seen it, along with a BLUE POTION. But where?

Yeah in Silicon Sorcery a Month or so back. I think Red Potion gave you Fire resistance if drunken or a Fireball if thrown.
