Pathfinder 1E Vishkanya thief

I'm thinking of creating a character with a nervous tick...He doesn't like battle and prefers to be at a distance from the enemy. I am thinking that due to his nervousness, if he ever gets hit by anyone up close, he "sprays" similar to what a skunk would, a toxin from his skin that would cause everyone around him to fall unconscious if they inhaled the toxin. I'm curious to know if anyone has created a character with a "flaw" and what the outcome was.
