I need to wait for more information. The OG three Jerry Holkins, Mike Krahulik and Scott Kurtz made AI for me and it seems like Scott and Mike aren't really invested in it anymore. The crossovers with the C-Team mand Dice, Camera Action just don't interest me.
Of course I liked Rothfuss too but I have less hope he'll be back than Mike or Scott.

I haven't been keeping up. Did Kurtz ever come back?

I grew to like most of the crossover characters well enough, though I sometimes felt like they were introduced with an undue presumption that I watched their shows and was already familiar with them. To me the real problem is it slowly went from a core group of 3 or 4 and some rotating guests, to Holkins and whoever showed up that time. I don't exactly need to be deeply invested in ongoing characters to appreciate a D&D comedy liveplay, but I dislike clicking on the video with no idea what I'm getting. Surely Omin Dran would appreciate that that weakens the brand.

Not to Acq Inc. proper. I don't know much about the goings on on the C team though. Binwin Bronzebottom evidently died (disintegrated by Xanathar) as a guest on an episode of Dice, Camera, Action, which (loosely) shared continuity with Acq. Inc., so I think he's double retired from Acq. Inc. now with that character at least.
