Trash TV Secret Shame

What's your favorite trash TV secret shame you're willing to admit to? By trash it's something along the lines reality TV, a cooking show, talent show whatever.

Years ago on 2000 I watched Survivor. Along with everyone else. But I never stopped and they're up to season 47. Also enjoy the Australian version.

Newer show Traitors. Quite liking the Britsh version over USA. Apart from that I don't generally like reality TV or things like American Idol or whatever.

We watched Survivor for a couple seasons and now my daughter is watching it on binge mode. We started watching again as a family starting last season.

I find myself watching all sort of crap. I swear each week that they will find the buried treasure on Oak Island, or that someone will beat Bobby Flay. The worst one should be the 90 day fiancé spa retreat where they try to work out their problems. I do not watch the actual show just this one with all the fake people wondering why they got married.

I gave up cable years ago, but when I'm on a business trip, I usually check the TV in my hotel to see if it gets MTV, so I can catch a couple episodes of Ridiculousness. It's not quite the same without Chanel West Coast, but it's still my guilty pleasure when I just want some mindless entertainment.

I have a deep and abiding love for the older episodes of The Great British Bake-Off. The later seasons are okay, but I much prefer the first few seasons when Mel Giedroyc and Sue Perkins were still hosting, Mary Berry was still a judge, and they still did little interviews with the contestants' families and cute historical vignettes about the foods being cooked.

Never let anyone tell you that switching networks is a "small" change.

I’m not even sure I’d call Survivor trash, compared to the other reality shows I watch, Survivor is an Arthouse documentary…

Just recently, I’ve been going through watching every Royal Rumble on Netflix, starting back with the first one in 88. I only have a couple left at this point.

I’m sure there’s plenty I’m forgetting. Also, just an FYI, currently the US Survivor is on season 48.
And the current Survivor Aus season is an absolute banger.

I usually check the TV in my hotel to see if it gets MTV, so I can catch a couple episodes of Ridiculousness.

That our go to hotel room viewing as well. My girlfriend and I feel cheated if we stay in a hotel and don't see at least one episode.
