Tongues and Written Script

Tongues will let you understand all languages, and speak any language you like. But does it also grant the ability to read and write all languages (except secret script - just like the epic Polyglott feat)?

I'm asking because I want to create a Feat for fey'ri:

Tongues of Seduction
You've inherited your succubus ancestors' ability to converse with everyone, greatly helping with seduction and espionage
Prereqisite: Fey'ri, Speak Language (10 different languages)
Benefit: You get the succubuses tongues ability.

I would say no. Comprehend Languages does grant the ability to read written languages and provides a reading rate. Tongues doesn't say anything about reading. YMMV.

Thought as much. Well, I just hope people don't write to much in their regional languages then (the character in question knows enough "general languages", and it's mostly a dialect thing)
