Things to do with Gaming Paper?

DogBackward

First Post
So, due to a friend's recent enlistment, I've come into a large amount of free Gaming Paper: about 20 rolls, actually, along with various other RPG sundries. This guy gets 'em free, so he had tons. So, given how much I've got now, I thought I'd enlist some help in finding interesting ways to use it all. Screw the rainforest, right? Gimme some interesting things to do with my new wealth of dead trees.

Another friend and I have already pasted it to some cardboard and built a 3D-ish factory for a 4e Eberron game. I've thought it might be interesting to do a hugely long dungeon: a whole roll's worth. Then roll it all back up and unroll it dramatically as the PC's find their way through it to the end.

Any other ideas out there? I'm looking for odd, weird or otherwise non-standard ways to use this stuff. I want my campaign to be one o' the ones all the other games get compared to for years to come, and great presentation is a big part of that.

So, ideas?

Although my suggestion is "standard" I'd wallpaper your play room with it if possible (non permanent of course) and use it to draw large maps as they play, make notes on etc.

wallpaper the table and let everyone draw/write as they play. The grid makes it useful for writing numbers, etc

First Suggestion:
get "UnknownAtThisTime's" address and mail him a few tubes.

Second:
Unrelated to the game, but wrap all your Christmas/Holiday presents in it, including home made dungeons if so inclined.

Third :
Wrap boxes of varying heights (mostly short ones but tall as well) and create a GIANT mountain encounter in 3d by stacking them up with ledges and paths . Include ropes (yarn), ladders (toothhpicks) etc etc. If you are good it will be hollow and include a cavern entrance were you pull the mountain off for the "dungeon" reveal.

Hand-rolled smoke-ables of the geekiest kind...
(I don't smoke)

Put some inside the plastic sleeves of old bookmarks

Cut up sections of squares or hexes to make your own counters for all kinds of games, like Melee, Ogre/G.E.V., Car Wars, and so forth. If laminated, they could last for ages. Mooks & minions of all kinds could be represented with such things.
