The characters from the Musical WICKED and alignment.

Having seen the musical Wicked a couple of weeks back. Great show. All the characters have depth to them. What do you feel is the alignments of the main characters? Elphie, Galindia, Ferryio, Boq, Nessarose and the Wizard?

I've only seen it on YouTube. But I'd have to say that several of them changed alignment.

Elphie: NG to N.
Glinda: N to NG, maybe even G.
Ferryio: CN to NG.
Boq: Dunno.
Nessa: CN to C or CE
The Wiz: LE?

I'm about a thrid of the way through the novel. The novel is alot more adult and darker. IMO the main characters are different from the novel and the show. Both are very good, though.

The musical pretty drastically changed the ending.. (Or I'd pretty drastically forgotten how the novel ended). But you probably don't want to read the sblocked portion unless you've actually read the book and/or seen the musical, or don't plan to do either..

[sblock]At the end of the musical, Elphaba has actually hidden under the well cover instead of being melted, and the straw man (who was the guy she'd been secretly having an affair with while she was working as a terrorist in the Emerald City - I also don't recall his transformation from the book, I thought he just died, but maybe I'd forgotten/glossed over that part) finds her and they live happily ever after..[/sblock]
