Sweeping Blow

Ok. Here is another question which is probably going to seem stupid.

The level 3 encounter power "Sweeping Blow" is a close burst 1 with the target listed as Each enemy in burst you can see.

What me and my friends are trying to determine is what constitutes as a seen enemy. Is it only those enemies in front of you as determined by line of sight, or is it all enemies within the burst that aren't under effects like concealment or invisibility?

There is no facing in 4e (there is no "in front of" or "behind" at any time), and only enemies with Total Concealment are ones you can't see (not regular Concealment). So every enemy in burst unless you happen to be blind, they happen to be Invisible, etc.,

Bear in mind bursts are cubes, so 3x3x3 in this case. Enemies above and below will be hit if they are visible.

Right- 4e assumes that you're trying to stay alert and moving around within your square all the time during combat.
