I came across the following compilation at the greytalk listserv. It should be viewable online here soon. It summarizes what material from The Complete Warrior is new, what is revised/redesigned (and where from), and what was left out from Sword and Fist.
I have already noted that it doesn't note which material originated in Dragon Magazine. However, it's a very useful list.

1. There are three base classes in the book.
- NEW: Hexblade
