So, I've been considering brewing up some drag/drop small villages/compounds that would have various things: shops, possible story hooks, tutors to spend downtime days with, etc. Kinda like Over the Next Hill, and I've run into a bump. I kinda want to do some maps for it, just so I don't get too over the top and big with 'em, 'cause I know I can get a little carried away. Only thing is, I can't think of many good custom map makers that I'm confident with using and will give me the diversity I need. That is why I came to you lovely people.
I've thought about using a couple different things all ready. I thought maybe Pyromancers, but, at least from my experience, that's a bit more for dungeon design more than anything else, and I've also considered commissioning the guys over at Venatus Maps to draw some up for me, but that would be a bit more for once I've got everything fine and dandy.
Any suggestions?
