If you character is stunned (say by stunning fist) is he considered helpless?? Because my party's monk is stunning fisting the crooks, and then the rogue comes by and coup the graces them :D . Our group is discussing a lot were or not a stunned creature is helpless.

Stunned does not equal helpless.

However, Paralyzed does.

Note that the Stunned condition does deny Dex bonus to AC... so even though the Rogue can't CDG, he does get to Sneak Attack.

And by "the rogue comes by and coup the graces them" I hope you really meant "the rogue was there all along and coup de graces them." CdG takes a full round action which means the rogue had to be no more than a 5ft-step away when the bad guy was stunned. The stunning lasts only until your next turn.

And if he's flanking with the monk he'll get another sneak attack when they pick up their weapon. Stunned creatures drop what they are doing... literally. ;)

Let's not forget levels in Psychic Warrior (for Hustle), Monk (for the Sparring Dummy of the Master), or a friend using one of those Grant Move Action thingies from the MiniHB :)

There's also a "Death blow" feat somewhere (CdG as standard action).

Only one time a player looked it, my smile made him changes is mind.
