Skill Use Compilation?

I really enjoy seeing new uses and expansions of the skill system that come out in new WotC products (Races of, Complete, etc.), but it's kind of a hassle that they are all scattered across several different books.

Does anyone know whether there are any plans to consolidate all of these various skill rules somewhere (ideally, they should be in, say, the PHB)? Maybe the Complete Scoundrel will get them all together or something?

Has anyone heard of the other SkillCraft compilations they (Eldersygn) were going to make? Their site seems to be down, and even before it seemed that nothing was happening there...
