Size of Eberron's Electric Rail cars

To properly do up my next storyhour segment i needed to construct Eberron's Electric Rail cars for movement and possible combat scenes. based on the pictures given in Explorer's handbook, each car in the size of a house! 35x100+ ft.

... It looks like there are fairly clear instructions on combat and interaction while on the lightning rail. I recommend Bull Rushing whenever possible.

As for the dimensions, that's a bit wider and longer than a standard train car, but if you figure on wider tracks, still nothing wrong with the setup.

There is a lightning rail featured in the 3e adventure Whispers of the Vampire's Blade. The cars in that are 25 feet wide, with a 5 foot walkway the entire way around, for a total of 35 feet; and about 60 feet long.

Think of them less like actual train cars, which I'm sure have design constraints restricting their size, and more like a string of connected floating houses. That'll make the size of the cars more "believable".
