I don't buy Secret Lairs on principle, but this one almost broke me. I really want the Ponder with the 4E art.

But fortunately I won't be able to waver in my conviction because there's an hour long queue and they will likely be long sold out before I would even have a chance.

Got mine in the mail today.

My Dark Deal card represents the 2024 DMG cover art sketch; notably, it calls the edition: "Revised 5th Edition (2024)".

Presumably Revised 5th Edition then is the name WotC has now landed on!

I'm just excited to see Karlach and Astarion depicted on a WotC physical product.

So they actually already had cards. The Baldur's Gate MTG set released a couple of years ago. The key cards from these sets are reprints with new art. (Technically all the cards are.)

With the set coming out before the BG3 launch some of the art was based on references from the early access. This is most apparent in Minthara's card (Which I adore. I really want to build a commander deck around her.)

But if you're looking to collect any art of your favorite BG3 characters most of these singles are super cheap. (Not Karlach.. She's like a $10 card but all the other companions are more like $0.50.. I think Jaheria might be a couple bucks too, but Wyll, Astarion, Shadowheart, Gale, Minty.. They're all hella cheap)
