A few questions about Rod of the Pact Keeper.
1. Does it give a +1 to spells of warlock spell list or just spells you gain from leveling warlock?
2. Does the rod count as a Material Component for spells like a spell focus?
3. Does this item work well for a Sorlock?
If it isn’t a material component can I put a Ruby of the Warmage on it?
Thank you for reading and answering I will like posts that I read to let you know they have been read.

As always, ask your DM. Here’s how I would rule though:
1. Only spells gained from Warlock levels (and spells gained through Magic Initiate - Warlock).
2. Yes.
3. Depends on your build, I guess.
No, you can’t put a Ruby of the Warmage on it because it’s not a weapon. But it’d be redundant anyway because as a rod it’s already an arcane focus.

1. Interesting question. The wording says "warlock spells", so I would rule it applied to the spells you learned by levelling up as a warlock, irrespective of what kind of spell slot you use to cast them.

(I would say a bigger question is "does AL allow multiclassing?")

2. This is simple. A rod is an arcane focus.

3. This isn't quite so simple. You can hit someone with a rod - it functions as a mace. The Rod of Lordly Might is all about this. Personally, as DM, I would be quite flexible about what the Ruby can attach to, since it has a much higher opportunity cost than a standard focus, as it takes an attunement slot.
