Rings don't have affinity slots; it appears rings have affinity for everything, altho this is never spelled out anywhere. (Is it that body slot affinities is just for wondrous items ? Craft Ring is a seperate feat from Craft Wonderous Item, after all...)

I've looked at this too, and come to the conclusion that only wondrous items have body slot affinities.

IDHTBIFOM, but I'd be astounded if you were correct. That would mean that they had to remove it in 3.0. It's been around since, at least, 1E. It was just called something else. "Ring of Free Action", IIRC.

The price is way off based on the pricing guidlines. The ring should cost 84,000gp (4*7*2000*1.5) instead of the 40,000gp listed. Of course, this is nothing new with mispriced items.
