Is "Righteous Wrath" benefits also count Frenzied Berzerker frenzy ability?

I like the feat, it helps if you want to make a less wild Barbarian. My DM ruled that it allows Combat Expertise to be used, so if you dump the bonus to hit form the STR into CE, you end up counteracting the AC loss from raging.

That's cool.

Of course, I personally think the Frenzied Berserker is pure silly cheese, so I don't know how they would work together.
