Does anyone know if there is a feat to reduce the movement penalty for armour? Something along the lines of letting it counts as a category lower - medium = no penalty etc.

That depends on the player. A player with mithral full plate without movement penalty could be a little overpowering (not horribly so, but it would be too good for a feat).carborundum said:I never knew that - I'll email that to him.
