Really Obscure: D&D Candy

Does anyone remember D&D candy? I remember having a few boxes of this stuff as a kid. It came in a package about the size of a deck of cards. I don't really remember much about the candy itself, but the package had a cut-out card of a monster or NPC or something.

If anyone remembers this, do you remember any specific things on the packages?

This must be pretty obscure, because Google only led me to some missing Ebay auctions.

I don't remember D&D candies, but this reminds me of the time that my brother explained the Odyssee (he was in 10th grade, I was in 8th) with Gummy bears. For each character that died, we ate the gummy bear that represented him.

If you remember the Odyssee, you'll remember that a lot of people died.

Man, I've never eaten so many gummy bears again...

I remember the D&D trading cards pretty fondly, but I don't recall any candy.

I barely remember it. Nothing too specific, but I bought just about anything with "D&D" on the packaging when I was in my early teens. I seem to remember cartoony drawings (not from the D&D cartoon, but cartoonish), maybe a minotaur or a troll on the cards? I seem to remember the cards more than the candy. I think I used them as bookmarks in my monster manual.

yes, i remember some of it.

they had gummy monsters.

they had the kind on the paper reel like the dots. in the shape of monsters.

they had hardish candies like the stick you dipped in the sugar packet

they had nasty, nasty chocolate ones too. i think they were an Easter special.
