Girls, enby’s, et al.: also get checked.
I was referring specifically to the kind of cancer Professor DM has and the typical male resistance to getting checked. Especially this particular cancer screening. But yes, everyone should get checked.
My wife had a baby cancer removed this week. Standard screening (and follow-up) caught it early, so it is unlikely to ever trouble her again. (🤞🤞)
Good for her.
 

I really hope his cancer is on the treatable/curable end of the spectrum. Also that he has access to whatever health care would give him the best chance at that.

Not sure who here will need to hear this, but trans women should also continue getting checked for this. We’re generally at lower risk for it than cis men, but it’s still important!

If you have one, you should get it checked.

Also, cis men should be aware that while rare, breast cancer is not impossible for them and if things feel off, they should get checked.
