Professions in a fantasy village

I took a quick look through search, but couldn't find anything. I'm trying to come up with a list of the professions you'd find in a fantasy village. I'm assuming something fronterish, sort of like the Dales in FR. Off the top of my head I've come up with:

Farmer
Blacksmith
Shepard
Apocathary/Healer
Priest/Cleric
Weaver
Seamstress
Tanner
Innkeeper
Shopkeeper
Teacher

I'm also considering using a sea side village - I think that might be a more unique setting. I think all of the above professions would still apply, but in addition:

Lighthouse keeper
Ship builder
Fisher
Sailor

Anything I've missed?

Exhasutive lists are hard. In a seaside village (or any medium-sized or bigger spot) there's probably a cooper, and if the tanner doesn't supply the town's shoes there'd possibly be a cobbler as well. There are, of course, going to have to be guards, criers, a mayor, and some kind of sheriff or police officer. Possibly also a harbor master of some if there's much sea traffic beyond local fishing boats. Is the town big enough to need jailors and judges?

A Magical Medieval City Guide is what you're after. It's an excellent product. And it's available as a free sample of the Magical Medieval Society from RPGnow.com. I haven't yet read the main product but if the sample is any indication, it's top notch. Anyway, it's got the resources you want and a whole lot more you'll probably find helpful.
