As LordEntrails mentioned Mike Schley is the artist to look at for these two adventures. I would recommend purchasing a copy of the maps you want to use. If you're patient he will usually run a Thanksgiving sale or Christmas sale.
I've started to print the Princes of the Apocalypse maps out. The upper level maps (Riverguard Keep, Sacred Stone Monastery, Feathergale Spire, etc.) can fit on one of the large wet erase vinyl maps in a 1:1 scale. I drew these for my AL game. I found that the 2nd level down maps, the temple maps, will almost fit on the large wet erase vinyl maps. About 3/4 of the map will fit in a 1:1 scale. The Fane of the Eye and the node maps are much to large to run a game on a 1:1 scale on a vinyl map. To get a map to scale I looked for custom fabric locations on the net. In addition, the AL GM thread on Facebook had a posting about Spoonflower.com and the map they had made. I have an order in to Spoonflower for a map of the Fane of the Eye. I found that I couldn't get the water node map printed at Spoonflower due to file upload limits. The size of the water node would require a map about 82-in x 105-in. I split this map in half across the long dimension and had Designyourfabric.com quote on their website. The Designyourfabric company does not seem to have a file limit size, but it's in Canada so shipping is more expensive to a US location.
How does the cost compare to printing, laminating, and taping pages at home vs. printing on fabric and shipping to your home? Material costs for printing, laminating, and taping for the Fane of the Eye map was about $16 plus ink and paper per half. I've only printed, laminated, and taped half that map. Labor time looks to be about 7 hours per half. The cost of the Fane of the Eye printed on fabric and shipped in the US was a little above the material costs and I value my time at a moderate rate. Therefore it made sense to buy the map on fabric.
