I dunno but i'd kill for it as I have Quick Draw. I'm also working on making poisons, in a few levels pack that baby with DC 20 Sassone Leaf Residue baby! Then later DC 21 Wyvern Poison! Sneak Attack +5d6 HP +2d6 Con, yeah!

EDIT: Sorry, got a little excited there. And a BUMP!

I don't know of any, but should be a rather straightforward magic item to make yourself, or do you want one, that works mechanically?

If you want one that works mechanically, just stop cleaning your weapon before you put it in the sheath. Eventually there will be so much bacteria laden gunk in there that it should have the same effect. Well ok, technically it's disease not poison. But dead is dead, you know?

If you do it this way, be very careful handling your weapon. This would be an equal opportunity illness.

In case you didn't catch my reply before some of the posts were deleted, it's in the Book of Eldritch Might.

Scabbard of Venoms: This black leather scabbard fits any longsword or short sword (it grows or shrinks as needed). A blade sheathed in this scabbard, when removed, is coated with a single dose of a poison that inflicts 1d4 points of temporary Constitution damage, and 1d4 more a minute later (Fortitude save [DC 16]). The scabbard can produce only 10 doses of poison each day.
Caster Level: 7th; Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, poison; Market Price: 5,000 gp; Weight: 1 lb.
