If I missed any, feel free to correct me. Plus, this list might as well be comprehensive and include Pathfinder Compatable 3rd party products - so post 'em (and the product in which they are found) and I will add onto the list.

Rite Publishing has a bunch: (off the top of my head) - Giants, Wyrd, Gargoyles, Minotaurs, Meretaurs... Taskshapers.

I am doing Kaidan under Rite Publishing and coming soon:

Kappa (yokai) - base race, paragon class, preferred archetypes.
Tengu (yokai) - yes, I know Tengu is in the Bestiary, and listed above, but this one is silghtly tweaked, as well as coming with preferred archetypes and paragon class.
Henge (yokai, shapechangers) - base, paragon, and preferred archetypes

New subtypes: Humanoid (yokai), Humanoid (oni) - again Kaidan's oni are slightly tweaked from PF Bestiary. In Kaidan, Oni are 'demonic' residents of the Jigoku Hell realm, with some members residing in the prime material.

*These races are a little better than the standard Core races, giving them a slight advantage early on in the game (CR 1/2 instead of CR 1/3)

The reason the undine, sylph, dhampir, etc., sample creatures are CR 1/2 is because they have a PC class (cleric, rogue, fighter, etc) rather than an NPC class (typically warrior). An elf, dwarf, or other core race NPC that had one level of a PC class would also be CR 1/2 rather than the CR 1/3 of a Warrior 1. So any difference in power between those races and regular races doesn't seem to be enough to affect their CR as foes.

(The drow noble is a higher CR, however; but I think they indicate they aren't suitable as PCs.)

@ Coyote: I'll have to doublecheck on that, thanks for the heads up.
@ Gameprinter: Have they been published yet? If not, I'm a little wary of adding them to the list until they are published.

List updated.

Of my Kaidan races? No, not yet, but I wasn't asking these to be added now, (no reason to be wary at all) just mentioned that they are under development. The Kappa race books will be released in January or February 2011, with Henge and Tengu to follow in one month increments afterwards.

Now the previously mentioned Rite Publishing race books, yes, they have all been published and released. I own the Gargoyles book, and their Giants book, and am thinking of picking up their Minotaur book.

Go to RPGNow and look for Rite Publishing or any "In the Company of ..." they are published and ready to use in PF.

Kobold Quarterly had an online article (<--see link) that listed Tengu variants: Crane, Rooster, & Seagull. They aren't specifically called out as pc races but they have the same racial traits treatment.

Rite Publishing's 'In the Company of...' series are basically 15 to 20 page PDFs, each one has fully fluffed introduction and description of the background of the given race, then complete racial traits build, perhaps a few racial feats in addition to unique class features, as would be found in the Bestiary. Then a full 20 level paragon class that fits the quinessential build of that race. Finally at least in the Kappa, Tengu, Henge books will have archetype builds for preferred classes that are unique archetypes rather than direct APG archetype plus recommended APG archetypes.

There will be other monsters of Kaidan, but most will follow a similarity to a Bestiary monster listing and not a full workup as my intended PC races, above.

They will be co-released with the Kaidan intro adventure arc - tied, but separate books, intended for use in and out of the Kaidan setting. While a small Kaidan logo will be placed on the cover at one corner, and an ad for the setting in the 'extra pages', no where in the main part of the book will Kaidan be mentioned.

So those 'books' will get a deeper presentation than a simple race trait build, like all Rite Publishing's 'In the Company of...' books.
