Owlgriffon homebrew monster

So I created a little something, and I illustrated it as well. Nothing too big, just some creature I really like.

Looks good. The Fly speed jumped out as a bit high.

I don't have my books with me but it seems fast on the 4e/5e scale. Fine on the 3.x scale.

I copied the fly speed from the normal Griffon. Actually I copied most of the things, and all I did was: add stealth, switch Str with Dex, decrease Con by 2, and add the aerial ambush ability

The normal trade-off for stealth is in speed. Not quite half but maybe 10-20 feet.

Or just note that stealth speed is 3/4 speed instead of half speed and leave as is.
Half speed for stealth is the normal standard.
