Greetings all,

My girlfriend is going to London in December to see her parents, While she is there she is going to be buying me some rpg goodies.

Please could anybody who lives in London or it's surrounding areas give me the names and addresses of some good gaming shops she can go to.

Thanks. :)

The ones that I am familiar with are Orc's Nest, which is in Central London, and Leisure Games, which is a bit of a detour unless you happen to be in the Finchley area.

Orcs Nest is in Earlham Street just off Cambridge Circus - nearest tube station Leicester Square. See www.orcsnest.com for fuller description ("Shop" button leads to directions).

Leisure Games is in Ballards Lane, Finchley, in North London, closest tube Finchley Central. See www.leisuregames.com for more details.

I need to buy the game "Chez Geek"... I might drop by London some day soon... anywhere where they will sell that? it's by Cheap Ass Games.

There is another gaming shop called "playing games" unfortunatly I can't remember where it was.

I think it's near the British Museum, but I can't say that I've actually been there.

Orcs Nest is good. Probably the best for RPGs in central London.

Forbidden Planet (on New Oxford Street) also stocks some RPgs (though not anywhere near what Orcs Nest do). However, it is chock full of sci-fi/fantasy books/videos/comics/figures and other collectables - worth a visit for any Fantasy Fan (end advert)
