New Monster Lairs Index

Legend
There's a great database of monsters on ENWorld, but I haven't yet seen a similar effort for monster lairs, so here I am kicking it off!

Monster lairs are one of the coolest additions to 5e, and I think they can be applied to a wide range of monsters, and not just high level ones either. So here's my first attempt for the most meager of dragons: the CR 1 (or 2) Faerie Dragon! Feel free to post your own monster lairs too :)
A Faerie Dragon's Lair
A faerie dragon's lair is a magical place deep in the woods, located in the hollow of a high tree overlooking a pond or stream where the faerie dragon enjoys frolicking with neighboring sprites. Faerie toadstools, motes of sparkling colored light, tinkling ephemeral laughter, and large numbers of butterflies, moths, and fireflies all signal a faerie dragon's presence. Creatures stumbling upon a faerie dragon's lair will become the target of numerous pranks and other mischief until offering a gift (fruit pastries being its favorite), leaving the area peacefully, or proving an ally to woodland creatures.

Lair Actions
On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), the faerie dragon takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; the dragon cannot use the same effect two rounds in a row:
 • The faerie dragon casts dancing lights, mage hand, or minor illusion to cause some minor magical effect, usually a mischevious cosmetic change which effects up to seven creatures (such as turning a party of adventurers' noses blue).
 • The faerie dragon flies its speed, ignoring restrictions on movement as if under the effect of a freedom of movement spell, and any opportunity attacks against it are disadvantaged. During this movement it also gains a swim speed of 60 ft.
 • The faerie dragon causes all creatures it chooses within its lair to forget the last five minutes if they fail a DC 13 Wisdom check.
 • The faerie dragon planeshifts into the Feywild and can bring up to seven creatures in its lair along with it.
Regional Effects
The region in which a faerie dragon makes its lair is touched by fey magic, which creates one or more of the following effects:
 • The faerie dragon can communicate telepathically with all faerie dragons, fey, birds and beasts of non-evil alignment within 1 mile.
 • Small untended treasures, fruits, and baked goods tend to go missing from the nearest settlements or campsites within 6 miles of a faerie dragon's lair.
 • Sprites, pixies, grigs, butterflies, moths, and fireflies become particularly abundant within 1 mile of its lair.
 • Motes of sparkling multi-colored mist and lights drift thru the forest within 1 mile of the faerie dragon's lair, and any non-faerie dragon entering a mote doubles their chances of becoming lost (and have disadvantage on checks to avoid becoming lost). If the creatures offended the faerie dragon, they are effected by the motes as if the faerie dragon used its euphoric breath on them.
If the faerie dragon dies, its telepathic bond ends immediately, and missing treasures are returned within 1d10 days; in the case of some irreplaceable thing (like a baked good), allied sprites may leave behind some small offering if they judge the mortals worthy. The motes of euphoric gas and fey inhabitants remain, however.
