Great picture. Based on its look, since it has actual leaves and bark on it and the arrow seems to be the same, and the string seems to be noticeably magical, here's my take.
Living-Yew Longbow (+1)
Requires attunement
1d8 piercing (ammunition), range 150/600, heavy, two-handed
This longbow, which seems far more grown than made, sprouts numerous sprigs of yew leaves from its gnarled bark surface. As part of the Attack action taken to use this bow, the wielder may call to hand living arrows tipped with preternaturally sharp flint. Any attacks made using this bow with a living arrow ignore resistance to piercing damage. Creatures immune to piercing damage are not affected.
Further, the wielder may conduct a ten-minute ritual, where the bow is laid on open, natural soil and doused with water. At the end of the ritual, the wielder casts the spell goodberry without expending a spell slot, and ten plump, bright-red, oversized yew berries appear on the bow, ready to be eaten. This ritual may be performed once, and the wielder regains the ability to perform the ritual after a long rest. A new wielder who has just attuned to this item cannot perform this ritual until they complete at least one long rest.
