Name those mephits!

One of my player has recently aquired some levels in elemental archon, and now has three mephits that follow him around. One is a fire mephit, one is steam, and the other is magma. The mephits need names!

We're having a bit of a competition among the group to see who can best name the mephits, and I thought I might bring the question to ENWorld. What thinks the community? Any ideas?

Smoke: Fumus (from the Italian Fumo - smoke)
Fire: Ignus (don't know... sounds COOL!)

You know, I really should have seen that coming. Elemental Archon is from Faiths and Pantheons, or whatever that book is called. The Forgotten Realms gods book thingy. I don't own the book myself, as I don't run the realms, but I inspected the class and gave it the old DM approval.

Basically, the archon is an elemental cleric. In the realms version, he's something of an elemental snob, gaining power from his rigid belief that his chosen element is better than all others. That doesn't jibe well with my home-brewed elemental gods. Once I tossed out the flavor text, the class worked just fine for me.

Magma (aw, shucks, no clever one-word addition - all I can do here is point out the obvious body structure similarities): Hal

EDIT: Also MEG Hal to MAGma Hal works okay, I guess.

Since "Archon" and "Mephit", are both of Greek origin, I went with that.

Fire: Kafteros ("Burning")
Steam: Molusis ("Scalding")
Magma: Anatexis ("Melting")

Fire: Inferno, Fuego (Spanish for Fire).
Smoke: Cinder, Plume, or Soot.
Magma: Gabbro (A kind of rock from volcanic eruption). Igneous (Rocks created by volcanic activity). Molten.
