D&D 3E/3.5 Monster Manual 2 Updated to 3.5?

I could have sworn MM2 got updated to 3.5. Is this not the case? I can't find any comprehensive conversion for it (there's errata, but that doesn't cover every creature).

In addition, many monsters from MMII have received significant revisions in various and sundry 3.5e books. Many devils and demons got makeovers in the Fiendish Codex, and several aberrations were updated in Lords of Madness. The revisions to the grell, for example make it a much easier monster to run.

Takes some of it's bite out as well. New version has the DC increase slightly each tentacle hit with a single save per round, which matters less than the older version that requires one save per hit. One save per hit ensures that even those with godly fort will succumb to the paralysis with so many chances at "1's".
