Mixed Races' Names

My brain shut down an hour ago, so this is what I've been thinking about: what would the name of (insert two different fantasy races' names here) be?

Dwarf + Elf = Dwelf or Erf
Dwarf + Halfling = Dwarfling
Elf + Orc = Orf (this came up in a recent campaign. Ouch!)
Elf + Gnome = Gnolf? Elme?
Gnome + Halfling = Gnomeling.
Orc + Dwarf = Dworc, although "Dorc" sounds funnier.
Half-Elf + Halfling = Quarter-Elfling

What else?

Dwarf+Halfling could also be a Harf.
Halfling+Gnome = I'd go with Home
Half-Elf+Halfling = Half-n-Half (slang name = creamer)

Dwarf + Halfling = Stout
Elf + Orc = Erlking
Dwarf + Orc = Darkstone
Gnome + Halfling = Goodfellow
Gnome + Orc = Darkglamour
Halfling + Orc = Gollum
Elf + Gnome = Feyglamour
Dwarf + Gnome = Stoneglamour

In my friend's campaign world, Dwarf + Halfling = Gnome.

Midnight has a lot of these weird half-races detailed and statted out, from Dwarf + Gnome = Dwarrow to Elf + Halfling = Elfling, etc.

I seem to recall reading in a 2e monster manual that the Orc/Elf pairing was biologicaly impossible.

It's much easier to assume that all of these pairings are biologically impossible. But magic can defy biology.
