Continuing to promote the excellent work of EN Worlders, I've updated the XP Calculator with the Chi/Rho power ratio formulas (from Jim Stenberg aka "Cheiromancer"; additional input by Craig Cochrane, CR Greathouse, and Benjamin Durbin.)
