I'm wanting to use a "pill" type of item that when swallowed, it heals you for the maximized amounts. If it was possible to go higher than a lvl 3 spell (maybe like a scroll?) what would these items cost?
If it looks like a potion, smells like a potion, and works like a potion, just price it the same as a potion.
In this case, a maximized Cure Light Wounds spell is a 4th-level spell, which requires a 7th-level caster.
Accordingly, it'll cost you 4 * 7 * 50gp, or 1,400gp, and give you 13 points of guaranteed healing.
Frankly, items of maximized healing are generally not worth the cost. Instead, go with a normal potion of Cure Moderate Wounds: 2 * 3 * 50 = 300gp, for 2d8 + 3 (average 12) points of healing, and buy three or four of them.
A scroll of maximized Cure Light Wounds would cost: 4 * 7 * 25gp, or 700gp.
So is it safe to say that a single "pill" of fast healing 1 for 5 minutes would cost 1250gp?
Er, no. 5 pills, each lasting 1 minute, would cost 50gp each, and together would cost 250gp. You could take them one after the other in order to get 5 minutes of continuous healing.
