I know Star Frontiers was made legally available at starfrontiersman, so did they do the same here with MSH?

Yeah, I have known about that for a couple of years, which is why I mentioned it, and am hopeful this is legal too.

Well, I'm reasonably certain it is. The reason is if it weren't, considering how long they've been up, they'd have been sued and the sites would have been taken down by now.

But, I don't know if WOTC owns the rights to them or if they are aggressive as other companies are in regards to protecting their rights to their games.

I sent an e-mail via the site's system, so hopefully I will know soon. I agree, with them being around for 10 years it is likely legal. Frankly I would be more surprised with Marvel allowing this than WOTC.

Yep. Avengers' Assembled was one of my favorite supplements for that game, along with the UPB.

I found Marvel Superheroes and Starfrontiers out for download a couple of years back and happily downloaded all I could find. I assumed Marvel Superheroes was now public domain, like Starfrontiers. Anyone else know if any other old classic RPGs are now public domain?

Neither of these are "public domain" due to copyright law, though. For example, Star Frontiers is legally available for free because WOTC gave their permission. I have not found out if that is the case with MSH yet.
