Making my own Mithral Full Plate of Speed

By my reckoning, the 26500gp cost of a suit of Mithral Full Plate of Speed is made up as follows:

1500 for a Suit of Full Plate
9000 for Mithral/Masterwork
16000 for +1 enhancement, and +3 "Speed" special ability.

=26500gp

"Speed" is not listed in the table of armor special abilities, but presumably does what the Mithral Full Plate of Speed does, and perhaps can only be used on Mithral armors.

So if my Cleric (who has armorsmithing skill, and item crafting feats) wants to make himself a set, it should cost:

3500 to make a suit of Mithral Full Plate
8000 +320XP to craft the armor.

=11500gp +320XP

Does that seem right? Is that the cost by the RAW, or is there a different way of figuring prices for making specific items?

'Speed' is a weapon ability at +3.

'Mithril Full Plate of Speed' is a suit of +1 Mithril Full Plate with the effects of Boots of Speed added in.

1500 for a Suit of Full Plate
9000 for Mithral/Masterwork
1000 for +1 enhancement
12000 for Boots of Speed added in. (should be 18000 for different body slot)
hmm, looks like they split the difference between 12000 for regular slot and 18000 for unusual slot.

total 26500gp

You're right except for the xp cost.

XP is 1/25 of market price minus materials costs
XP=1/25*(26,500-10,500)=1/25*16,000=640XP

...Unless he's referring to the super-broken armor enhancement from Defenders of the Faith. Ooh, I loved that armor, till my DM wised up.

Edit: Aww, guess they actually replaced the special ability name with a different effect. That's a downer.
