D&D 5E Magical Secrets: choosing between two spells

Was wondering what would be a better spell to have

Circle of Power or Globe of Invulnerability. Both perform similar functions except:

Circle of Power
1. 30 ft radius
2. Moves with caster (I like)
3. Advantage on Saving Throws vs spells & magical Effects
4. Save vs damage, you take none
5. Can cast spells out of it

Globe of Invulnerability

1. 10 ft radius
2. Stationary
3. Immune to spells of 5th & below (or up to 8th level depending on level it is cast) (I like)
4. Can cast spells out of it

From the list I would say Circle of Power, but am I missing something.

Thank you.

Do you have a paladin in the party? If so, then Circle of Power is the clear choice (advantage on saves + the big save bonus from the paladin is pretty hefty!)

Even without the paladin I think the Circle of Power wins out by a bit though:

Pros:

1. It's mobile: that's a huge advantage.

2. It's 30' feet and clearly only affects friendlies. Whereas if an enemy closes in on your bard inside the globe, allies won't be able to cast spells into it to help!

3. It's broader: "magical effects" covers A LOT of ground: magic items, many monester abilities that aren't spells, etc.

Cons:

If a spell has no save and its under 5th level (or higher if cast at higher level) Circle of Power won't help while the GoI will.

I think circle of power has the edge here (of course the second you take it, you'll probably run into a caster that has a ludicrously high save DC but only casts 5th level and lower spells! )
